1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Sourdough Forge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Sourdough Pro Subscription

Sourdough Forge offers a premium subscription called "Sourdough Pro" with the following options:

• Monthly Subscription: Includes AI Coach access. Auto-renews monthly at the price displayed in the app.
• Lifetime Access: One-time purchase. Does NOT include AI Coach (cloud costs not covered).

3. Subscription Terms

For auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Lifetime Purchase

The Lifetime Access option is a one-time, non-refundable purchase that grants permanent access to all Pro features. This purchase does not expire and does not require renewal.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly through your purchase history.

6. User Data

All your baking data (starters, recipes, journal entries) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

Sourdough Forge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the outcome of your baking projects. Baking results may vary based on ingredients, environment, and technique.

8. AI Coach Usage

The Sourdough Coach feature uses artificial intelligence to generate responses.

• Accuracy: AI responses may be inaccurate. Always verify instructions, especially regarding food safety.
• Availability: AI service uptime is not guaranteed.
• Fair Use: Access is subject to fair usage limits to prevent abuse.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
